2005 Photographs

     During the first half of January 2005, heavy rainfall hit southwestern Utah--causing extensive flooding along the Santa Clara and Virgin Rivers that resulted in the death of one individual and the destruction of millions of dollars of property in and around St. George, Bloomington and nearby communities.      During the first half of January 2005, very heavy snowfall fell over the Cache Valley of northern Utah and southeastern Idaho. The mountains of northern Utah recorded between four to seven feet of snow and the Cache Valley reported between two and four feet of snowfall.
